Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the One Click Planner mobile application and our services on erp.sazenn.com.

1. What data do we process

Account and identity information

  • Account ID and account code generated by the application
  • The email address and password you provided when creating the account (the password is not stored in plain text, it is only hashed in a non-reversible way)
  • If you use "Sign in with Apple", the user ID provided to us by Apple
  • One-time codes sent for email verification

Device information

  • Device ID generated by the application, application version, first and last usage time
  • Information on whether this device has previously used the free trial through Apple's DeviceCheck service. This information is held by Apple and does not contain personal identification.

Subscription and payment information

  • Transaction IDs, product IDs, start/end dates, cancellation and refund information for purchases made through the App Store
  • Your remaining render quota and credit balance

We do not see or store your credit card and payment information. All payments are made through the Apple App Store; we only receive information that the purchase has been completed.

Your application content

  • The projects, kitchen plans, measurements, and scan data you have created
  • When you use the AI render feature: the visual of your plan and the description text you wrote

2. Why do we process data

  • Providing the service: to create your account, store your plans, verify your subscription rights
  • Verifying purchases: checking documents from the App Store, updating rights for cancellations and refunds
  • Preventing abuse: preventing repeated free rights from being obtained from the same device, protecting account security
  • Legal obligations: storing commercial and financial records

3. Who do we share data with

  • Apple: subscription and purchase verification, "Sign in with Apple", DeviceCheck. Apple's own privacy policy applies.
  • AI visual provider: When you use the AI render feature, your plan visual and description text are sent to the service provider that generates the visual. Your identity information, email, or account information is not sent to the provider.
  • Server infrastructure: your data is hosted on our servers located within the European Union.

Apart from this, we do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we share it for marketing purposes. We do not transfer data to advertising networks.

4. How long do we retain data

  • Your account and content data are retained as long as your account is active.
  • When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted; purchase and payment records may continue to be stored in an anonymised form as required by financial regulations.
  • Session logs and one-time codes are automatically deleted shortly after.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from within the app: Settings → Delete My Account. The deletion process cannot be undone.

Important: deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must also cancel the subscription from your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions section; otherwise, billing will continue.

6. Your Rights

Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698; you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to access it, to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing, and to request compensation for your damages. You can send your requests to sazenn@sazenn.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for professional use and is not aimed at those under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in a non-reversible manner, session keys and sensitive fields are encrypted. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will inform you from within the app of significant changes. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
